Bridge Investment Group set out to reposition 1200 Crown Colony Drive as a modern workplace with a stronger sense of place. The transformation pairs contemporary amenities and gathering spaces with materials, graphics, and details inspired by Quincy’s shipbuilding, granite quarrying, and colonial history.

Quincy’s industrial heritage became a thread throughout the experience, inspiring stonework, riveted steel, custom trusses, historic imagery, and graphic details that connect the workplace to its surroundings.
